My weight is bouncing around! Fluid loss and gain. AS long as it bounces around 9 stone (126 pounds) and not a higher number that suits me fine. I just have to accept the variability.

I know I can eat tomatoes! Today I'm adding peppers. Yippee, I've missed them! Next will be lemon juice.

Looks like chocolate needs to be off the list, though it's so hard to know. I think stress causes a lot of my symptoms- work and Marg make me sick, staying home writing makes those symptoms improve.

The good thing is, I feel waaaaay better today. Sinuses clear, headache only a 1 or 2, only joints I have pain in are my typing fingers and seeing I would have typed probably 6,000 words yesterday, that's not surprising.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
