Trying very hard to decrease 1400 kcal to 1200 but feeling tired and run down. Still gonna it a bit of a plateu with weight loss, but I hadn't been working out as much and my diet slipped a bit. Corrected the working out today, and hope to keep it up again tomorrow.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
