My weakness(?) is, and probably always will be, a good hearty breakfast. Preferably full English with all the trimmings.

Looks delicious and the bacon and sausages look good quality.

"so long as it fits your macros" right! phooka. and yh low carb is the best for me I've found. it was totally awesome. as for the meat bacon was tesco thick cut and sausages were tesco finest Cumberland so good but not overly expensive.

loosing fat and cutting meat consumption?... what leads you to this conclusion nerdyguy? I can honestly say the best to loose weight assuming your not vegetarian is to increase protein and decrease carbohydrates.

low carb is not always the way forward.. its an essential food group..its more a case of what carbs you are eating

taz62. I would totally agree with that. fibrous vegetables, fruit and sweet potato are my main carb sources.
