I've really been hitting the mat these last two weeks. Before I would do a quick 20 minute workout so I can get back to studying. Lately, however, I've been making time to really sweat and burn the fat. It feels good when I get lightheaded. I'm doing that 3 days a week for about 50 minutes, and I really like it. I wish I could do it more often.

Whoa. I never would have said that 60 pounds ago. Lol.

Side note: I'm getting flexibility I haven't had since before I was 21. I usually stretch until a certain point, like when I'm sitting on the floor in a L shape and bend over to reach my arms over my toes... but now it's different. I can feel my belly mass stop me from stretching in further! It's a crazy feeling. I can actually feel like a bag of fat on my stomach. What a trip. I've never had this happen.

Is this normal?
