finally past the 218 was slying off then just stopped so hopefully now it will come off slow and steadly ! not quick and stop .
217.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

What a fantastically steady trend line you have. Maybe a little shallow for your liking but hey! It's coming off in a sustainable way - 1-2lbs a week. Don't lose sight of that. Well done!
