Maintained good workout regement with strenth training and 40 Min Cardio this past week. Went out to dinner yesterday but still have a stable weigh in with recognizable increase in the strenth training and other physical disciplines
229.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
