Ketogenic diet, which could be under the Atkins category. After doing a lot of research and study regarding the two, I found that they are very different. After two weeks of tracking calories, food and micros (75% F, 20% P, 5% C) I am down 12 lbs. I thought I would start tracking it this way to keep track of foods and recipes that I make often.
