Ideal Weight's Journal, 23 February 2017

Today was not great. I'm sitting at 140% of my RDI right now, BUT somethings I ate today I wasn't sure of the portion size, or just couldn't find the right match, so I estimated high. And also, curse those damn girl scout cookies. My order was delivered today so of course I immediately ate six cookies in a row. Actually, inhaled might be a more appropriate word. Major gut bomb.

On the upside, I've been under my RDI for the last 5 days prior to this, and I kind of knew today was coming (birthday potluck at work), so I'm not too down about it. I'll consider it a cheat day.

Hopefully my weigh-in on Saturday won't be too bad. Fingers crossed! I have done more good than harm.
