Lots of working out to do today. Going out tonight with some people do it will probably not be the healthiest night so I need to burn as many calories as possible this morning. Might even add a little more to my planned workout today but lets see if I get done what I planned in the first place.
Morning exercise Bike: 20 minutes, 14-15 mph, 8 resistance, 4.5 miles Weights: 10 minutes Rowing machine: 10 minutes Walk away the pounds: 2 miles with weighted belt, 30 minutes
