1lb gone!! :) Feeling pretty good, haven't been really tired or anything so far. Needed a little pick-me-up after work yesterday, so I grabbed a Pepsi Max (no sugar, no carbs) and just had a few sips. I'm gonna see if I can strecth that bottle (20oz) to last the rest of induction.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
