My unofficial weight this morning is 101.7kg.

I weighed myself a few hours earlier than usual as I had an early start to my day.

I'm trying to extend my fast for as long as possible before breaking it. It's just after 2pm and I was planning to break it at 3pm with my oats but might just push it to 5pm or later. I'm having supper at 8:30pm.

I'm so used to fasting that I'm not the least bit hungry even tho this weather is cold and rainy all day long.

Ok so I'm going to join u HafPaf and fast til 5pm with you too :D :) I'm still playing around with my Food Diary for today. Trying to stay under 1800 calories today.

Fasting when the weather is miserable takes huge mental control. Well done.

Thanks LCFF :D I broke my fast at 6pm so that was roughly a 46 hour fast :D Wasn't bad at all. I could have completed a double fast day but I had too much food left over from Sunday's braai that I needed to eat. lol.

Thats fantastic....eventually after a cut off point food just doesn't seem that important anymore. I get that. You've done well. Don't go and derail yourself now and "un-do" all your hard work. Low carb in combination with I.F. really is the magic bullet :-) ;-)
