My unofficial weight this morning is 101.7kg.
I weighed myself a few hours earlier than usual as I had an early start to my day.
I'm trying to extend my fast for as long as possible before breaking it. It's just after 2pm and I was planning to break it at 3pm with my oats but might just push it to 5pm or later. I'm having supper at 8:30pm.
I'm so used to fasting that I'm not the least bit hungry even tho this weather is cold and rainy all day long.
