FIRSTLY THIS BUTTER I DONT KNOW HOW COME IM SO IN LOVE WITH IT THESE DAYS. ALWAYS THINKING ABOUT MY BREAKY LOOKING FORWARD TO THE 2 SLICES OF TOAST, BUTTER, BOILED EGGS AND TEA/COFFEE WITH MILK AND SUGAR.
AHH IM EXCITED IVE JOINED A NEW GYM BY WHERE I STAY. NEAR HOME I WANA TO BE ALWAYS THERE MONDAY TO FRIDAY. THE DOWNFALL NO FANS OR AIRCON OHHHH THE HEAT. OHHH IM USED NOW ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS. I Won't DIE. VERY ENERGETIC GROUP AND THE INSTRUCTOR TOO. IVE LEFT THE OTHER GYM CAUSE MY SON DOES NOT WANT TO WAIT IN THE PLAYROOM WITH OTHER KIDS YOOO, HE IS TROUBLE I'VE DECIDED TO NOT GO THERE AS HE IS A DISCRUCTION IN THE STUDIO FOR ME AND OTHER PEOPLE.
SECONDLY THE TEA I DRINK MUST HAVE 1 TEASPOONS OF BROWN SUGAR AND MILK. OHH I LOVE TEA. I CANT GO 3 HRS WITHOUT IT. ISH I EAT A LOT I LOVE MY FOOD. ITS HEALTHY 5 DAYS A WEEK. ON WEEKEND I EAT MY MOMS FOOD BUY VERY CAREFUL NOT TO EAT WRONG TOO MUCH. I THINK I LOVE THIS LIFESTYLE IT 100 % OK IVE ADOPTED IT. I ENCOURAGE OTHER TO NEVER GIVE IN AT LEAST A WEEK GYM AND HEALTHY EATING MOST OF THE WEEK. BUT YOU CAN HAVE LITTLE BIT SMALL BIT JUICE, STEW, RICE ETC.
GOOD LUCK TO EVERYBODY, DREAMBODY IS POSSIBLE CONSISTANCE / DEDICATION AND LOVING THIS LIFESTYLE IS THE KEY.
