Saturday, June 2 (EFS Day 1 of cycle 2)
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of wheat of cream with 1/2 fruit mixed berries on it Meal #2: 1 banana & strawberry smoothie (EFS book p. 202) Meal #3: 1 small salad Meal #4: 1/2 cup of brown rice mixed with broccolis 2 Snacks (rice cake and wheat thin crackers with 2 laughing cheeses) throughout the Price is Right event as I was volunteering. I had a great time!
Workout: Swam approximately 40 laps (I swam more than 1 mile and then I felt great aftewards!)
