I will admit that I did not work out the past few days. I just never got around to it. I didn't make time for it. and I feel bad about doing it. or not doing it, I should say.

I did, however, stay within my calorie range and did not go over. I want to make sure that even if I work out, that I am being good with my cals, MOST of the time.

I did work out today, though :) I went on the stationary bike for 15 minutes. Burned 208 cals according to that machine. Then I did a stability ball workout for 15 minutes. Then I cleaned my house for about an hour. All of those activities were recorded for today. I feel really good about being more active today :)

Now what I need to do, is something like that every day or almost every day.
