After yesterday's small loss, I stayed under my calories, but ate some not so healthy stuff. Today, me and the little kids ate donut holes for breakfast. :( Staying under calories is most important to me, but I really want to make good choices as well. It is known that I have a sweet tooth, so this is not a new struggle for me. Yesterday I got a 30 minute walk in, cleaned the windows of my car swept out the garage and took the kids to the park...so I definitely got movement in. Working on the yard today, and another walk is in order.
