I've followed the diet pretty well with cheat weekends. I also try to get at least 2 workouts a day. Cardio includes Just Dance 3, Tae-Bo, treadmill, and outside walking. Weight training is on the Total Gym while I also mix in HIIT training.
I want to increase my weight training next week so that I can start seeing more of the strength gains and definition I want.
