I have to say I'm feeling AWESOME!!!! My depression seems to be lessened already and my stomach is adapting well now to this new way of eating. I'm not ferociously hungry anymore. I think its better too bc I'm finding foods I really enjoy (like cocoa roasted almonds!) and can keep handy for when I do get hungry. This is gonna be a long ass road but I feel like I'm ready. This has been such a rough 2 years for me and I deserve to have the focus put on me. I must say, it feels great!
