Haven't weighed in since last Sunday ( no gain or loss ). Fell shoveling snow in driveway and bruised ribs and strained my oblique. Have not worked out or hiked since but trying best to maintain good eating habits. Next Monday back at it again pushing thru even harder. Come along away but still have a load to go.
