Roller coaster since last weigh in (mostly up).
I really wish warm weather would get here!!!
I now have my first dog (Lilly) since I was a teenager.
She'll get us up and walking when it warms up......

I finally remembered how to add a picture....

239.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
