I feel your pain in this area, I could eat mexican 4 nights a week! My dinner is usually 2 tacos, rice and beans, and lately I've been doing the "to-go" package trick, I have them put my rice and beans in a box and not bring it out until later. By then, I know I'm stuffed, and I don't want to eat anymore. The other stuff you have to force yourself, you know, slow bites, one beer, etc. Sounds like you did ok though, good job!
