Same weight. At least I'm not gaining. I started an new job. A factory job 3-11 pm so I'm going to eat my biggest meal for lunch and hope to work it off and then eat something small at my 18 minute lunch lol. Talk about having to scarf down you lunch. I'm very sore but hope I can loose some. Just have to get used to running a molding machine. Oh and I haven't had a soda in over 2 weeks.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 18.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
