I started Jamie Eason's LiveFit 12 Week Trainer program at the end of December... my body is transforming before my eyes! Muscle tone is becoming more defined & i absolutely love the work-outs! THey are really easy to follow & take me less then an hour to do... the diet is pretty bland but it fills me up & i don't feel hungry! I'm now planning to compete in a figure/fitness competition in the 2nd half of 2012... stay tuned!
