It's another Frittata Friday, and this one is going to be an interesting experiment with familiar flavors. A spinach an artichoke frittata, loaded with Black Forest Ham, bacon bits, marinated artichoke hearts, fontina cheese, and shallots; baked with butter and a bit of roasted garlic for seasoning. The best part is, it comes in at less than 6 net carbs per serving.


And, the taste test says......Very Tasty and Definitely Worth Making Again!!!

However, next time I'll probably add some baby spinach to the mix, to up the spinach quotient.
