what could happen if I actually weren't drinking caloric drinks?
178.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Probably would loss more weight. The question is, are you willing to give it UP!

I agree, you certainly would be cutting your carbs way down and the weight would definitely affected. If you haven't read the Atkins book, I would suggest that you do...caloric drinks are a no-no and there are good reasons. You probably will be thrilled with the results of giving them up. Good luck!
