Ok, so I let myself slide for 6 months... Oops. Still about mid-way through my original weight and my low-point so not a total loss.
I'm hoping I can shave 4-5 pounds over winter and get more serious in spring to get back below 190.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
