Went to gym at 6:00am...did walking laps in the pool for 1 1/2 hours ....roaded my bike 8 miles... i may go back to the gym later on... to do 15 mins on the Elliptical and 15 mins on the Treamill...

Wish I could get motivated to exercise...just can't seem to do it. Am going to walk on the treadmill later.
