Went out for dinner last night for the first time since December. Had 2 appetizers (shrimp cocktail and roasted sweet peppers). I was a little worried about the peppers having a lot of olive oil, but I think the meal was well within my calorie limit. All in all, I am happy with my progress.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
