Back to tracking all food Mon-Fri and keeping under cal. goal. These first few days are always tricky to get past the hunger. Especially when working at a desk and not busy at all. Used to filling these times with snacking. So far ice water is not helping. Any tips to get through this first week?

Chew on some ice, or chew a piece of gum. Or better yet grape a piece of fruit or some baby carrots with some fat free ranch to dip them in. Good luck, stay strong!
