I am really surprised that I didn't gain everything back yesterday!! As I said we were going to the mall.... well roughly 4 and a half hours of walking, nice awesome new sports bra from Lane Bryant, 1 slice of pizza (the slices are huge), a few bites of a mac n cheese, one cup of soda, a small cup of pretzel bites (cinnamon and sugar) dipped in caramel sauce....then shared my hubbys salted pretzel bites...with some sauce. I was dreading the weigh in honestly. But I didn't gain anything back, really surprised at that.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

I overloaded on Cheetos yesterday but I still managed to go down a bit this morning. Keep up the great work.
