Drank some broth before bed. Woke up at 3:30 am, with a potential headache (achy throb on back of head/neck) every couple of minutes. Got up and had a slice of summber sausage and ended up waking up at 7:00 am with no headache (but again a little achy throb). It went away as soon as I ate.
