I need to exercize. I am not eating that much, but I am not loosing.
114.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

looks like you are at a plateau, but don't worry about it. yes, try to add a little activity into your day. i myself am in the same boat, but i hate to exercise :/ But i am trying to get out for a walk, even if its just 15 or 20 minutes...my dog is enjoying it at least :P i think the fact that you don't have a lot to lose is why your weight loss has stopped. just keep at it, make sure you are eating stuff with lots of fibre...whole grains, fruits and veggies...should fill your tummy for longer!
