Weighed in early because I'll be away this weekend! I'm thrilled with the number on the scale! Going to try very hard not to ruin it for myself this weekend!
167.5 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
