I am starting to walk like a duck. Thank you ladies for your encouragement, i love weighing in here when i feel good....and leave it for a few days when i haven't.
we have a new deal in our house, saturday night is fun night.
since i can't drink or anythink i eat healthily all week, then pig out one meal a week.
the guy i train with sais this is actually good for your body? go figure.
though he did say ice-cream and three blocks of chocolate was extreme,,,but it was between two over a couple of dvd's..

173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I also have read that eating whatever you want one day a week is a method used by many with positive results. I forget the details.
