Lol well after yesterdays poor performance of not recording my food diary.. god if you have a look at it today its all over lol. Due to drinking the previous night and being dehydrated etc.. ive just been hungry AND thirsty all day. went over on my points.. but not to worry cause i will pull it back for tomorrow. Got my salad in ..and some healthy foods, so i will be back on track. xxxxxxxxxxxxx
