Slow and steady- and this is really slow, but i guess a pound a day is great if it continues this way! I feveloped a trick to get me throught the first long life cocktail of the day- since the seeds don't dissolve that great anyway, I use a spoon to eat it- almost like a very watery cereal, rather than drink it. (I am using Barleans Flaxseed) Hope this helps someone!
