hello everybody, I am very new here, I like this site a lot, as if feeling that everyone knows each others and the way you interact are pretty awesome. to be honest with you all, and after reading several journal, I felt that most of you are putting a goal for loss weighting, but my goal is to gain weight I feel a shy about it, it is so hard to gain weight I've been tried to several years and no luck =(, I went to many doctors to try to eat or took my RDI ones but unsuccessful, I am semi-veggie don't eat meat and chicken but I eat seafood, I am so lazy I don't like doing sports :P, but when I saw you how much effort you are doing to achieve your goal and live healthier, you gave me a push forward to make once again a diet to fight once again and again to be like one of you achieve what your goal is...
hope to make friends and learn from you, and be active and never give up :=)
