Yippee! 8 stone 13 3/4 pound this morning. Exactly where I want my weight to be!

Going well on the elimination diet. I want to stick to it for the entire month this time and do it right.

I think the difference this time is minimising rice. Last time on the elimination diet I ate quite a lot of rice, and I gained about half a pound a week on it.

This time, the only rice has been the couple of lots of sushi this weekend. Switching to the seed rich breakfast with quinoa, hemp, and chia instead of brown rice may be helping a lot.

Probably some form of vegan paleo eating is what I need to do. Grain free, but loads of seeds, fruits, veggies, and nuts.


I think I'll stick to phase 1 foods for this whole week to really detox my system, then start introducing new foods over next weekend, with lemon and hot water every morning and a pine nut and lemon juice salad dressing.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
