Got my weight down, taken off cholesterol and G.E.R.D medications and moved to yearly physician visits.Stopped tracking with fat secret and suddenly I am back up 17 pounds. Time to get back on track.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
