Working Hard On Me's Journal, 26 January 2017

I've followed my diet completely 100%, however, I do tend to retain water at times. I will be getting some Diurex tomorrow and see if that helps. Up until today I've been doing super, I'm hoping tomorrow will be better, as we are going out of town for the weekend (lots of temptations in the food department). I do feel that I can control myself, though, so, I'm taking some sauteed chicken chunks that I cooked this evening and some baked flounder pieces as well. Next week, the gym will be my best friend!! I want to fit into my dress for Valentine's Day, after that I have Easter, My Anniversary and my birthday, all of these events are back to back. Does anyone have any tips for breaking through the plateau? I want to do this slow and correctly and safely. I want to get stronger and continue to eat healthy. My family has not put up one single fight about the change in menu in our home. Everyone is heating healthy now. The only difference is, the boys all get ONE cheat day a week, I do not. My goal is for them to also make their food changes a way of life.
