Working Hard On Me's Journal, 21 January 2017

I've been eating Cantaloupe, Honey Dew Melon and my required cup of coffee for the day in the mornings. Apples have been my go to snack (I honestly think I'm addicted to them). Doing yoga again, slowly learning what it feels like to do it right.. because I don't want to ever get back to where I am now. My goal is to fit into my dress for my birthday in June, or a pair of cute jeans instead of leggings, and ugly jeans. I have a walk in closet that is literally full of super cute clothes (mostly new because I bought them and then my husband got sick, so they were never worn and I gained weight), but none that fit me ... yet!
157.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 18.2 lb a week
