I am on here daily, and I am still trying to figure out if the BL Challenge I am in, is conversing and I am missing it, or do we all just do our own thing, and submit our weigh-in's each week??

Sigh...... im so confused.

BUT I had a significant loss this week, and I am loving it... not sure if anyone even reads my journal entries...but here is one anyway... :)
164.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.8 lb a week

I usually check in several times a day, and I read most of the new journal entries. I'm sorry you haven't been answered! Congratulations on your weight loss! You're really doing well. I started at 175 about 3 years ago, and after several missteps, have managed to meet my goal and maintain it for nearly a whole month. (tee-hee). I started with my goal at 135, then realized I would be able to go to 130 with just a little more effort. You look very nice at 135, and having your picture with that goal must be inspirig. Are you still on induction, or have you moved to later phases?

Thanks for the reply! I am currently still on induction,and I think I am going to stay on it a bit longer than 2 weeks. I've low carbed for what feels like, "forever", once I get to a comfortable place, I will up my carb intake... right now.. I just want OUT of these 160's.. I want to see 150's!! I maintained my goal weight for a while...until life happened, and well.. I'll save the sad story... lol Im just ready to get back to goal, to that place where I was actually HAPPY! its been long enough!!
