Tanyageld's Journal, 24 January 2017

So I weighed myself this morning - and I weighed 99.9 kg.
Now my question is - do I round it up to 100 kg or just take the kg, ignore the grams = 99kg?
I always input my weight in full kg (rounding it)- easier for me to recognize and work with, but now I am 99.9 kg?
What do you guys do?

I put in the exact weight the scale gives - no rounding. Losing a 100g is losing a 100g :)

I never round off. Every 0.1kg(100g) can motivate you if you lose it or make you take more control if you gain it :)

FANTASTIC .... WELL DONE TANYA. I knew you could do it. I always put in the grams as well. It makes me feel good.
