My son said one can lose more weight with low carb than low cal. However he is 25 so I do not think it is hard for him to stay at a correct weight. Low carb is hard for me I only eat Kosher meat for which have to go to neighboring town not available my town. Also my husband is a vegetarian so meat meals have to be for me only.
