Have not had a good day in a couple of days. Two funerals, hemorrhoids, and another head cold have whupped me. Can't breathe; can't sit; haven't worked out. Meals on the road, on the run. Back to work tomorrow. Hopefully, that will straighten things out; back to the routine. Night-Quil here I come!
