Nothing like Delhi Belly to give you a great weight-loss. Thank goodness I feel more alive today. Now to reset my new target weight loss.
149.9 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank goodness it has all cleared up and feeling fine. Off out for a few gin and soda with lime. I must keep up my vitamin C levels!!!
