Fell off the wagon until Wednesday of this week. I weighed 240.2 lbs. That is my highest weight ever. My pulse is consistently high (over 100). I am booked for an electrocardiogram on Jan 30th at the hospital. Between that & my sugars being at 6.2 & my cholesterol going up (went back on Crestor on Jan 4)& the spinal injections not working for my back........I NEED TO SO SOMETHING FOR MYSELF.
So Wednesday was day 1 again. Will try to stay away from chocolate bars, processed sugars etc & try to get even a little exercise.
236.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 86.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I find if I allow myself 1 square of 80% dark chocolate at night, I can make it through without eating any kind of chocolate during the day. I have also found in the past that cranberries in my diet every day has eliminated cravings of any kind of candy. My problem in portion control! - and having a husband who LOVES pies, cakes, doughnuts. Ugh! Very difficult to move towards losing this extra weight!!
