I find if I allow myself 1 square of 80% dark chocolate at night, I can make it through without eating any kind of chocolate during the day. I have also found in the past that cranberries in my diet every day has eliminated cravings of any kind of candy. My problem in portion control! - and having a husband who LOVES pies, cakes, doughnuts. Ugh! Very difficult to move towards losing this extra weight!!
