Body physique rating 8 after coffee and oatmeal afternoon weigh in around 230pm
In the middle of 100 push ups challenge can do 55 push-ups in a row first time in my life! Feel strong need to focused on veggies oatmeal in morning BocA afternoon all veggies for dinner
120.0 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
