The scale is finally starting to go in the right direction. Down. I really messed up last weekend and actually went up to 144.7 which just about gave me a heart attack. So, I got back on track as best I could. I have been working out most days and eating mostly veggies and good proteins. I have been following (mostly) Dr. Gundry's Diet Evolution. This diet isn't just for losing weight. It is also for preparing your body to be at its utmost healthiest place. I have something that could turn into cancer, if I am not careful. So, this diet appeals to me. It will help my body to heal and be the strongest it can be so it can stay healthy and fight against such things. Meanwhile, I am so happy to be losing this weight that also weighs down my mood. I really can't wait to see the other side of 140 and will be ecstatic to see 136 again.
