I got a letter today from a respiratory specialist stating that I have mild asthma. The letter went on to say that it is likely due to my weight :-( at this I wanted to cry. But no, that won't help...
Instead I choose to use this as my motivation.
The first 2 weeks I have been focused on stopping binge eating addiction and getting into eating 3 meals a day with a maximum of 3 snack in between - this is working and I have lost 8 lbs
My second goal is to take up 2 activities a week - so far I have been line dancing and I have bowling planned for Sunday.
Every 2 weeks I intend to add a new goal to my list. Badminton and swimming next
All in all I am feeling positive and motivated. :-)

That letter, I know how awful you must have felt because the words are written down . But let's face it Buddy you knew it anyway. I feel for you.
Your attitude is brilliant and you will do this. You will look back at that letter and cross those words out that you don't like. I don't like them for you !!!😨
Keep going , it won't be easy but I love your motivation ideas 😁😁😁
