I do four days of weight training 1hour a session aiming at 2300 calories consumption about a thousand calorie deficit with one day of cardio so far so good but I feel like I am cutting really quick the slower the better which will make me retain all the muscles I have build over the course of bulking. my goal is to get to 75 kgs end of this year
